02 Matched to the Job
The Installer Who Has Done This Surface Before
Most film projects fail between the people, not in the material: the wrong roll count, an installer who has never done an elevator, nobody owning the schedule.

03 How a Project Runs
Five Steps from First Photo to Signed-Off Surface
The same sequence for a single reception desk or forty hotel corridors. What changes is the scale, not the process.

- Step 1Send the Scope
Photos, dimensions, location, target date, and any pattern you have seen. A phone photo and a tape measure are enough to start.
- Step 2Estimate & Samples
Square footage, roll count, install days and a price range, plus physical samples of the shortlisted patterns in the post.
- Step 3Confirm the Finish
Pattern codes locked, fire test report supplied for the submittal, film ordered from stock or from the mill with a stated lead time.
- Step 4Installer Matched
A certified installer with the right track record is booked for the dates. For phased or multi-site work, a project manager is assigned.
- Step 5Install & Sign-Off
Substrate prepared, film applied, post-heated on returns, inspected against the scope. Care guidance and warranty documents handed over.

07 FAQ
Common Questions
Installation, warranty and working with a certified installer.
Can I install Bodaq film myself?
For small projects or DIY applications, it's possible. However, for full room renovations or commercial projects, we strongly recommend hiring a Bodaq Certified Installer to ensure durability and warranty coverage.
Does Bodaq offer a warranty?
Yes. Bodaq offers a 10-year warranty on the film material.
How is Bodaq interior film installed?
Installation involves cleaning the surface, applying primer (if needed), and heat-stretching the film to wrap corners and edges smoothly. Certified installers use heat guns and squeegees for precision and bubble-free application.
Can I supply my own installer?
Yes. We will still scope the job and supply the film, and we can certify your installer on Bodaq if they have not worked with it. Warranty on the installation itself then sits with them rather than with us.
How long does an installation take?
An elevator cab is typically an overnight; a hotel guest-room joinery set is a day; a full-height corridor is measured in linear feet per crew-day. The estimate states install days per location, and multi-site work is sequenced so rooms return to service in order.
What surfaces can Bodaq film wrap?
Bodaq adheres well to a wide range of surfaces, such as wood and MDF, painted drywall, metal, glass, laminate and plastic.
Proper surface preparation is essential. Sanding and priming may be required for best adhesion.
