Multi-Site and Phased Installs
The installer network provides the installers: certified installers for every location, requested in one go. Bodaq Finishes provides full end-to-end project management: film supplied, installed and managed as one project, with a project manager for sequencing, access, night work and sign-off per location, at bodaqfinishes.com (opens in a new tab).
01 Who Does What
The Network Provides Installers. Bodaq Finishes Manages the Whole Project.
Most film projects fail between the people, not in the material: the wrong roll count, an installer who has never done an elevator, nobody owning the schedule.
Installers from the Network
A certified Bodaq installer matched to the job type from the national installer network: doors, casework, full-height walls, elevator cabs. Not a general handyman.

What One Person Owns, Across Every Location
With Bodaq Finishes Project Management, one project manager owns all of this. If you only need installers, the network provides them: request one for each location.

Multi-site work is sequenced so rooms return to service in order.
Access
Planned per location, with the install days for each stated in the estimate.
Night Work
Most work happens overnight or around occupancy.
Sign-Off per Location
Inspected against the scope. Care guidance and warranty documents handed over.
One Report
One report at the end, for the whole programme.
03 How a Project Runs
Five Steps from First Photo to Signed-Off Surface
The same sequence for a single reception desk or forty hotel corridors. What changes is the scale, not the process.

- Step 1Send the Scope
Photos, dimensions, location, target date, and any pattern you have seen. A phone photo and a tape measure are enough to start.
- Step 2Estimate & Samples
Square footage, roll count, install days and a price range, plus physical samples of the shortlisted patterns in the post.
- Step 3Confirm the Finish
Pattern codes locked, fire test report supplied for the submittal, film ordered from stock or from the mill with a stated lead time.
- Step 4Installer Matched
A certified installer with the right track record is booked for the dates. With Bodaq Finishes Project Management, a project manager is assigned for phased or multi-site work.
- Step 5Install & Sign-Off
Substrate prepared, film applied, post-heated on returns, inspected against the scope. Care guidance and warranty documents handed over.
04 Where It Is Used
Interiors Where the Substrate Is Sound and the Finish Is Dated
Film goes over what is already there: sealed drywall, laminate, hollow-metal doors, existing millwork. No tear-out, no dust, no replacement joinery, and most work happens overnight or around occupancy.

05 FAQ
Questions About Managed Installs
How long does an installation take?
An elevator cab is typically an overnight; a hotel guest-room joinery set is a day; a full-height corridor is measured in linear feet per crew-day. The estimate states install days per location, and multi-site work is sequenced so rooms return to service in order.
Can I supply my own installer?
Yes. We will still scope the job and supply the film, and we can certify your installer on Bodaq if they have not worked with it. Warranty on the installation itself then sits with them rather than with us.
Does Bodaq offer a warranty?
Yes. Bodaq offers a 10-year warranty on the film material.
Which surfaces can it be applied to?
Sound, non-porous, clean surfaces: sealed drywall, laminate, melamine, MDF, hollow-metal doors, glass, sealed timber. It follows whatever is underneath, so a dent, a proud screw head or flaking paint telegraphs through 0.2 mm of film. Preparation is most of the job, and it is what our installers are certified on.
